a five-course tasting menu for $65 per person. participation by the entire party is required. the mesa tasting is available tuesday through saturday alongside our a la carte menu. the mesa tasting is vegetarian friendly, but we may not be able to accommodate other dietary restrictions with our tasting menu - the tasting menu is subject to change. we also offer an optional 3-course wine pairing with our seasonal tasting menu for $35 per person highlighting domaine amelie and charles sparr.
